An apparatus for culturing microorganism, which contains a culture tank of simple structure is provided to massively produce the microorganism without installation of stirrer in a short time. An apparatus for culturing microorganism comprises: a stirring tank (1) for mixing culture media and microorganism; a culture tank (11) which contains the media and cultures the microorganism; a first pump motor (20) which transfers the media to the culture tank and circulates the media up and down; and a second pump motor (30) which discharges cultured microorganism to outside of the tank.
