A refrigerator door swelling molded jig to facilitate changing model is provided to mold a door of a dispenser type refrigerator and a door of a general refrigerator easily by easily attaching a dispenser insert block on an outer panel mold. A refrigerator door swelling molded jig to facilitate changing model comprises a dispenser insert block(40), and an outer panel mold(20). A hanging protrusion and a hook groove are formed in a plane part of the dispenser insert block. In the outer panel mold, a mounting recessed part, a hanging groove, and a clamping hook are formed. The plane part of the dispenser insert block is inserted into the mounting recessed part. The hanging protrusion and hook groove are mounted on the hanging groove and the hanging hook of the outer panel mold.
