A double tube hot water supply device including charcoal and using solar energy is provided to prevent the breakdown of a pipeline in an inner transparent storage tub by forming a void air layer between a pipeline of an external transparent storage tub and a pipeline of an inner transparent storage tub. A double tube hot water supply device including charcoal and using solar energy includes an external transparent storage tub(3), an inner transparent storage tub(4), a void air layer(5) and a thermal energy storage charcoal(7). Solar energy permeates the pipeline of the external transparent storage tub, and the void air layer is formed between the pipelines of the outer and inner storage tubs. The thermal energy storage charcoal is inserted into the void air layer, absorbs the solar energy and generates high temperature heat from the inner portion of the void air layer. The radiated heat heats the water stored inside the pipeline of the inner transparent storage tub.
