At least one rinse container is utilized for the cleaning of structures and containers used for storing fluids charged with solids, such as rain water, mixed water, or waste water, wherein the fill level of the fluid in the storage basin may vary per filling process. Said rinse container contains a rinsing fluid, such as well or ground water, or the storage fluid itself. In order to be able to store a rinse fluid in the rinse container, a pressure differential device and a closing device are required. The pressure differential device generates a low pressure in the rinse container as opposed to the ambient pressure, by means of which the rinse fluid is pushed into the container. In order to convert the full potential energy of said fluid column into kinetic energy, and thus into a friction force for the distance of coarse materials, the pressure differential must be balanced as quickly as possible such that the ambient gas can flow into the rinse container through a large balancing orifice. A closing device is utilized in order to close the balancing orifice, wherein the closing device is pressed onto a sealing element always with the same force by an actuating device. The closing device is opened for the rinsing operation, and the potential energy of the rinsing fluid is utilized for cleaning the base of the storage container. |
