The turbine has a rotation guidable crown (CTG) and two imbricate rotational planes, where an axle of the planes is mounted on two tripods (TP1, TP2) that are symmetrically fixed on the rotating crown. The crown is guided in rotation by wheels or rollers placed at periphery of the crown, where a fixed central axle of the crown is in conformity with that of a central outlet of a transmission ring and pinion (CC). A casing of the transmission ring and pinion is fixed on a central support integrated to the guided crown.
