<p>A living body judgment system capable of avoiding an identity thief by using a photograph without requesting a specific motion from a person to be authenticated and regardless of the size of a facial portrait. The living body judgment system is provided with an imaging unit, a living body information detection unit, a non-living body region setting unit, a distance acquisition unit, and a living body/background distance comparison unit. The imaging unit images a living body and generates an image of the living body. The living body information detection unit detects a living body region including a judgment portion of the living body from the living body image. The non-living body region setting unit sets at least one non-living body region in regions except a living body region. The distance acquisition unit acquires a living body distance between an object to be imaged in the living body region and the imaging unit and a non-living body distance between the object to be imaged in the non-living body region and the imaging unit. The living body/background distance comparison unit compares the living body distance with the non-living body distance to judge whether or not the living body is the real.</p> |
