<p>Provided is an X-ray irradiator in which occurrence of discharge due to potential difference is reduced and which is reduced in size and weight. In the X-ray irradiator (1), an X-ray tube (11) and a high-voltage generator (2) are installed in a casing (18), and the casing (18) is filled with insulation oil (13). The high-voltage generator (2) includes a plurality of voltage-amplifying units (21) that are arranged in annular form and electrically connected to each other. The anode (14) and the cathode (15) of the X-ray tube (11) are fitted into the hollow parts of the voltage-amplifying units (21).</p> |
