A manufacturing device of a nanosilver epoxy coating steel pipe and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to recycle an extra coating raw material, and to reduce installation and management cost of a manufacturing facility. An outer surface of a steel pipe forms a coating layer having three layers consisting of an epoxy bonding layer, a polyethylene bonding layer, and a polyethylene resin layer. A manufacturing device of a nanosilver epoxy coating steel pipe comprises the followings: a steel pipe installation unit(10) having a rotation roll(12) and rotating both ends of a steel pipe(c); a first injection unit(21) performing an upward injection process on the steel pipe at constant interval; a second and a third injection units(22,23) installed at the both ends of the first injection unit; a coating unit(A) having a first, a second, a third coating raw material return units(41,42,43); a coating spray gun mounted on a paint outlet of the device; a horizontal support stand connected with a rear end of a paint mixing unit; an elevating unit moved according to a moving cart; and the steel pipe fixed on the rotation roll.
