A water-saving toilet is provided to improve the cleaning effect of easing nature while reducing the water consumption per cleaning. A water-saving toilet comprises a water-saving tank(100), a fill valve(200), a flush valve(300), and a pressure reduction pipe. The water saving tank is comprises a double partition wall consisting of partition walls(P,P'), a housing space(110) between the partition walls, and an inner water tank(120) filled with water. The fill valve is connected to an external water supply pipe to supply water to a water tank(10) and the water saving tank. The flush valve is vertically equipped inside the housing space of the water saving tank and opens/closes a drain outlet(122) of the water saving tank and a drain outlet(12) of the water tank to supply or block the water to a water supply unit of a toilet bowl(20). The pressure reduction pipe connects the housing space of the water saving tank and one side of a siphon waterway of the toilet bowl.
