A method for forming artificial fish reef groups and pillar-shaped artificial fish reefs is provided to increase the amount of areas of aquatic plants, fish, and shellfish etc to be attached on the surface contacting with the artificial fish reefs. A method for forming artificial fish reef groups and pillar-shaped artificial fish reefs includes the following steps of: inserting an iron frame and a plurality of hollow pottery pipes into a long pottery panel frame; pouring concrete(cement, sand, and water) and mortar(cement and water) into inner wall of the pottery panel inner walls and outer walls of the pottery pipes; and forming the artificial fish reefs of a pillar shape making one structure by combining the hollow pottery pipes.
