CORDIC OPERATIONAL CIRCUIT AND METHOD

Disclosed is a small-scale CORDIC circuit having a short processing delay. A scale correction process is divided into a rough correction step and a fine correction step, and the second half of a pseudo-rotation process is done in parallel with the fine scale correction. Also, the scope of the fine scale correction is set so that it will not be necessary to do a scale correction to the remaining rotation angle of the first half of the pseudo-rotation process.
