A heat exchanging device for a construction machine, wherein a dust protection net can be easily mounted to and removed from the heat exchanging device and the dust protection net is prevented from flapping. A heat exchanging device for a construction machine is provided with heat exchangers (20, 21) mounted on a frame (8) and cooling a driving source (12) mounted on the frame (8), a fan (23) mounted on the frame (8) and supplying cooling air to the heat exchangers (20, 21), and a dust protection net (25) mounted in the flow of cooling air, generated by the fan (23), so as to be located upstream of the heat exchangers (20, 21). The dust protecting net (25) is provided with a net section (31) stretched in a frame section (30) and also with engaging sections (33) mounted to the frame section (30). The engaging sections (33) are adapted to be engageable with engagement receiving sections (37a) provided to the heat exchangers (20, 21) and have bend sections (34e) located at ends (34d) of the engaging sections (33). At least either each of the bend sections (34e) or each of the engagement receiving sections (37a) has an elastic member (38).
