<p>A metal fiber burner is provided to reduce the exhaust quantity of nitric oxide and ensure high-load stable combustion by dividing large flame through the metal fiber having different compactness. A metal fiber burner(100) comprises a fuel supply pipe(120), a fuel injection nozzle(130), a slit plate(140), and a metal fiber(150). The fuel supply pipe supplies combustion air and fuel gas. The fuel injection nozzle mixes the combustion air and fuel gas and sprays the mixed gas. The slit plate is connected to a fuel injection part, and has a plurality of flame holes(143a,143b). The metal fiber is installed on the top of the slit plate and composed of a plurality of sections, at least one of which has different density.</p> |
