摘要 <p>The installation comprises a sealed filter reactor (1) in which polluted water circulates. The reactor is equipped with removable membranes to be traversed by the polluted water for selectively separating the particles present in water, a unit (2) for injecting ozone gas within the reactor, an inlet pump arranged in upstream of the reactor for supplying polluted water from an inlet circuit (3) to inside of the reactor, and an outlet pump arranged in downstream of the reactor to evacuate purified water from the outlet of membranes towards an evacuation circuit (4). The installation comprises a sealed filter reactor (1) in which polluted water circulates. The reactor is equipped with removable membranes to be traversed by the polluted water for selectively separating the particles present in water, a unit (2) for injecting ozone gas within the reactor, an inlet pump arranged in upstream of the reactor for supplying polluted water from an inlet circuit (3) to inside of the reactor, and an outlet pump arranged in downstream of the reactor to evacuate purified water from the outlet of membranes towards an evacuation circuit (4). The inlet and outlet pumps are connected to a regulating device (5) to change their pumping speed so that the membranes work in negative pressure or positive pressure according to the used membranes. The reactor is configured to hold cylindrical ceramic membranes working under pressure and flat ceramic membranes working under depression. The membranes are mounted in a support that is fixed inside the reactor, and are organized by groups inside the reactor. The support comprises a specific housing to temporarily hold the cylindrical ceramic membranes and the flat ceramic membranes. Each group is present in the form of a module comprising many membranes. The shape of modules is identical regardless of the type of membranes used. The reactor has a rectangular shape or a cylindrical shape. The injection unit is a nozzle connected to an ozone generator and arranged inside the reactor so that the ozone bubbles formed are injected towards membrane walls. The outlet pump is arranged to evacuate the water purified in a membrane inlet towards a storage tank (6). A pump is arranged in downstream of the storage tank to bring the water stored in the tank towards an activated carbon filter. The outlet pump is reversible to supply the purified water to the membrane outlet and to perform a back-washing of the membranes. Sensors are arranged in the reactor for analyzing the quality of polluted water, and are equipped with the ozone gas injection unit to regulate the flow of injected ozone and periods of ozonation according to the analyzed water quality. The outlets of the membranes of a same group are connected to an evacuation duct equipped with a valve. The opening and closing operations of each valve are controlled independently to regulate the number of membranes to activate simultaneously. Independent claims are included for: (1) a movable unit for the treatment of polluted water; and (2) a process for functioning the water treatment installation.</p>
