The objective of the invention, in an energy ray-curable adhesive sheet using an adduct adhesive made from an acrylic adhesive polymer, is to improve the rupture ductility of the cured adhesive and to improve expandability, as well as to prevent glue residue on the object to which it is applied after the sheet is peeled off. The adhesive sheet of this invention comprises a substrate and an energy ray-curable adhesive layer formed thereon, said energy ray-curable adhesive layer comprises an acrylic adhesive polymer with a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 or greater, and polymerizable groups are bonded to said acrylic adhesive polymer by polyalkyleneoxy groups.
