The present invention relates to tweezers for tying sutures which comprise a main-body part, an adjustment part and a clasping part having an upper clasping element and a lower clasping element which engage with each other and each of which has two holes with a through connection by means of an internal tunnel. The tweezers for tying sutures according to the present invention allow suture threads to be tied in an easy fashion in surgical operations conducted in narrow and deep sites such as transsphenoidal surgery and spinal surgery, and allow a completely water-tight approach to be adopted, and they can also be used in a wide-ranging fashion in the abovementioned operations as they also allow easy needle manipulation using the clasping elements.
