Provided is a clip structure that is simple and can prevent components from detaching from a mount or a body onto which the mount is mounted. Further provided is a simple holding structure for an interior member of a vehicle that can prevent components from detaching from an exterior member or an interior member. A clip assembly (11) comprises: a first joint having a clip (34) mounted onto a bracket (25), and a removable joint (36) attached to the clip (34); and a pin (38) that serves as a second clip attached to the joint (36) with a roof head lining (14) sandwiched between the pin (38) and the joint (36). The holding load (F5), which is the load at which the clip (34) and the joint (36) are detached from one another, is sufficiently smaller than the holding load (F6), which is the load at which the joint (36) and the pin (38) are detached from one another.
