The nozzle has a body with an assembly tube (6) that is defined by a front wall (7) in which a distribution orifice (8) is formed. An inside face of the front wall comprises a vortex chamber (9) that communicates with the distribution orifice. A lateral inside wall of a tube (10) comprises two axial grooves (12) respectively extend between an upstream end opening into a rear edge (13) of the tube and a downstream end opening into an annular duct (11). The grooves are positioned angularly, so that each downstream end of the grooves is equidistant from the two upstream ends of the tube. An independent claim is also included for a liquid distribution system comprising a pump.
