A retaining unit (MR2) i.e. notch, has an element (E2) provided with an end (T21) maintaining an electric cable, and an end (T22) arranged opposite to the end (T21). The ends (T12, T22) are plated against one another under the effect of elastic restoring force induced by an elastic element (RS) i.e. spiral extensible spring, while permitting rotation with respect to one another.
