Disengaging torque limiting units are interposed between a movable head element (9') and fixed element. The limiting units are elastically deformed to a maximum degree for determining maximum torque during rotation of the mobile element with respect to the fixed element. Torque limiting elements (14) are realized under a form of ring segments that are elastically deformable and coaxially interposed between the elements.
