Provided is an oil leakage prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, including a magnet unit which is attached to one surface of a hull of a ship along the periphery of a hole and has a center with a passage, a fixing unit for fixing the magnet unit to the hull of the ship, a gate mounted on the magnet unit to close the passage, and a driving unit for moving the gate to close the passage. An oil leakage prevention device configured as such is capable of preventing the leakage of oil by independently and quickly closing and sealing the broken part of the hull of the ship using the magnet unit. A cylinder unit and a fixing shaft enable the magnet unit to tightly contact an outer surface of the hull of the ship to prevent the leakage of oil.
