A bulk torque measurement device is provided to use a torque arm at a carrier part, if it is used for the torque measurement of a bulk planetary gearbox. A bulk torque measurement device comprises a torque arm(10), a connection shaft(20), a plurality of torque sensors(30), and a plurality of supporting parts. The connection shaft comprises an upper connection shaft and a lower connection shaft. The one end part and the other end part of the connection shaft are connected to the upper part of a knuckle and the torque sensor. The one end part of the lower connection shaft is connected to the one end part of the torque sensor. The other end of the lower connection shaft is put in to the supporting part. It is slid within the supporting part that descending one end part of the connection shaft.
