<p>A powder treating apparatus of simple construction that is capable of homogeneous continuous composite integration treatment for powders being different in specific gravity or size. The powder treating apparatus comprises rotary accommodation member (20) designed so as to have varieties of powders (P) being different in specific gravity or size fed thereinto and rotate in a given direction; stationary accommodation member (30) for housing the rotary accommodation member (20); primary treating means (M1) disposed so as to axially extend opposite to the inner circumferential surface (20S) of the rotary accommodation member (20) and designed so as to generate a turbulent flow involving eddy flow in cooperation with the rotational motion of the rotary accommodation member (20) so that the powders (P) being different in specific gravity or size are agitated and mixed together; communication hole (25) for discharging the powders agitated and mixed together by the primary treating means (M1) into a given treating space around the rotary accommodation member (20); and secondary treating means (M2) designed so as to apply planar compressive shear force to the powders (P) discharged from the communication hole (25) in a space between the same and the inner circumferential surface (30S) of the stationary accommodation member (30) so that a composite integration treatment is carried out and so as to reflux the powders (P) having undergone the composite integration treatment into the interior of the rotary accommodation member (20).</p>
