PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material having improved carrier mobility, or the like using, as a charge transport material, aπconjugated compound where a hydrocarbon aromatic group is bonded to a fluorine-containing aromatic group. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material contains a fluorine-containing aromatic compound expressed by a formula (1) (in the formula, Ar<SP>F</SP>is a perfluorinated aromatic group (the fluorine atoms of the perfluorinated aromatic group may be replaced by a perfluoroalkyl group); n is an integer of 1 to 4; Q is an n-valent aromatic group derived from a structure expressed by the formula (2) by removing n hydrogen atoms (the hydrogen atoms of the aromatic group may be replaced by an alkyl group of 1 to 8 carbon atoms or a fluorine-containing alkyl group of 1 to 8 carbon atoms); and p is an integer of 0 to 4).
