PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety management system for power supply outlet box unit installed exteriorly since further safety management during power feeding is required in consideration of that troubles such as electricity stealing or mischief happen and outdoor charging increases in response to popularization of electric vehicles. SOLUTION: In this outlet box, a breaker 2 is mounted in a waterproof box with a lock or capable of being mounted with a lock, a switch and the outlet are mounted on a load side of the breaker, and an abnormal condition detecting device, an alarm device 9 and an informing device are prepared as monitoring devices. When any trouble happens upon charging an electric vehicle or being connected to an electric appliance or feeding power to it through a plug inserted into the outlet, abnormal condition is detected, display light is lighted and alarm sound is sounded.
