PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device capable of reducing an RF signal component included in a wobble signal as much as possible, thereby obtaining a highly precise wobble signal. SOLUTION: The device is provided with: first and second gain variable amplifiers 10, 11 amplifying two signals of light receiving elements of an optical sensor; and first and second rectifiers 12, 13 rectifying output of the first and the second gain variable amplifiers. Also, the device comprises a control buffer 18 adjusting gain of the first and the second gain variable amplifiers based on a differential signal from an comparison-computing element 16 outputting a differential signal of output of the first and the second rectifiers, and offset of the differential signal is adjusted based on a detected result of the differential signal from the comparison-computing element 16.
