PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video data transmission system capable of using an existing source driver and coping with the increase of a transmission rate between a timing controller and a source driver. SOLUTION: The timing controller (101) and a reception buffer (103) are connected by one-to-one connection of CDR, and the reception buffer (103) and the source driver (102) are connected by bus connection or the one-to-one connection. The timing controller (101) divides video data into the unit of the reception buffer (103) and transmits them to each reception buffer (103), and the video data received from the timing controller (101) are converted to a format to be transmitted to the source driver (102) inside the reception buffer (103) and are outputted.
