PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko ball polishing and conveying device that wipes dirt stuck to a conveying belt by using a conventional polishing cloth for wiping Pachinko balls to wipe the conveying belt and which reduces clogging with the balls due to falling out of the aligned state of the Pachinko balls while conveying the Pachinko balls normally. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball polishing and conveying device includes a Pachinko ball wiping means and a Pachinko ball conveying means which are arranged opposite to each other inside a pumping tower. The Pachinko ball wiping means includes: a guide plate provided with a guide groove guiding the Pachinko balls conveyed upward by a Pachinko ball carrying means; the polishing cloth stretched between the guide plate and the Pachinko ball conveying means; and a pressing member which is disposed adjacent to the guide plate and includes a concave groove for guiding the Pachinko balls connected to the guide groove, and which moves forward while rotating at a predetermined angle toward the Pachinko ball conveying means and presses the polishing cloth to the Pachinko ball conveying surface of the Pachinko ball conveying means.
