PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board, on which electronic parts are freely arranged, to the leading end part of an endoscope. SOLUTION: The leading end frame 10B of the endoscope is constituted of a three-dimensional molded circuit device 10G having three-dimensional wiring formed therein. At this time, a CCD 13 is brought into contact with and fixed to the inside of a plastic molded object 10G by connector parts 33A and 33B. Further, signal cables 32A and 32B for respectively transferring the drive signal to the CCD 13 and the image signal from the CCD 13 are extended as they are without being bundled.
