THE MONITORING DEVICE FOR SCALE IN TUBE

A scale detecting apparatus of piping is provided to establish a real time monitoring system and the pre-analysis about the scale within the piping. A scale detecting apparatus of piping comprises a high frequency oscillator(10), a radio frequency amplifier(20), a wave detection unit(30), and a current amplifier(40). The high frequency oscillator comprises a scale sense vapor of a scale detector(11), a high frequency generator(12), a standard high frequency generator(13), and a mixer(14). The high frequency generator generates the high frequency while connecting with the scale detector. The mixer outputs after mixes the high frequency from the high frequency generator and the high frequency from the standard high frequency generator. The radio frequency amplifier amplifies the high frequency outputted from the high frequency oscillator. The wave detection unit changes the amplified high frequency to the direct current value. The current amplifier receives the outputted direct current value and outputs the value by amplifying to the predetermined current value.
