An apparatus for washing and drying a capsule is provided to reduce impacts and noise generated in apparatus operation by using a washing and a drying units which are driven by a hydraulic driving unit. An apparatus for washing and drying a capsule includes a capsule feeding hole(1b), a washing unit(10), a drying unit, a discharge hole, a hydraulic driving unit(50), and a control panel. The washing unit is connected with a capsule inlet. The drying unit dries the washed capsule in the washing unit. The discharge hole discharges the dried capsule to outside. The hydraulic driving unit drives the washing unit and the drying unit. The control panel controls the hydraulic driving unit.
