A leakage coaxial cable is provided to compensate intensity of an electromagnetic wave in a radiation point having a weak signal voltage by regularly maintaining a system loss. A leakage coaxial cable includes an inner conductor(10), an insulator(20), an outer conductor(30), and a sheath(40). The insulator surrounds the inner conductor. The outer conductor surrounds the insulator. A plurality of radiation slots(30a) is formed in the outer conductor with a fixed interval in order to expose a part of the insulator. If a signal voltage is applied to the inner conductor, a plurality of radiation slots radiates an electromagnetic wave. A size of a plurality of radiation slots is gradually increased according to a longitudinal direction of a cable in order to compensate a system loss in an end(320) of the cable. The sheath protects the outer conductor.
