FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is offered application of quaternary pyridinium salts of formula (1) , MNA+ where R is NH2, CH3, N(H)CH2OH group, X is a counterion, for preparing a vasoprotective agent for treatment (prevention) of conditions (diseases) associated with vascular endothelium dysfunction, oxidising stress, and/or insufficient production of endothelial prostacyclin PGI2 where the specified condition (disease) is atherosclerosis, dislipidemy, hypercholesterolemia or hypertriglyceridemia, low blood plasma level of HDL, or thrombosis not associated directly with atherosclerosis, or disease is chosen from group including: pulmonary hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, gastric or duodenal ulcer, chronic liver disease; also application for manufacturing of dietary supplement of said application, the related method of treatment (prevention), and the method for increasing prostacyclin levels. ^ EFFECT: shown antiatherogenic and thrombolytic action of MNA+, higher blood level of HDL. ^ 49 cl, 10 dwg |
