<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of keeping stable power generation voltage even when a fuel cell is operated for a long time, and to provide a method of operating the same. <P>SOLUTION: The operation method is for the fuel cell system including: a fuel treating device 11 producing fuel gas containing hydrogen from raw gas and steam; a fuel cell 12 generating power with the fuel gas; an offgas passage through which offgas exhausted from an anode of the fuel cell 12 flows; a water condenser 15 for condensing moisture in offgas flowing through the offgas passage; and a combustor 17 burning offgas passed through the water condenser 15 and heating the fuel treating device 11, circulation treatment supplying offgas exhausted from the offgas passage and passed through the water condenser 15 to the anode of the fuel cell 12 is continued from the stop of the treatment of the fuel cell system to the start of the power generation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
