<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, capable of preventing information leak from a captured image while allowing information recognition by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A thinning means 122 performs dot thinning processing to a protection object image. A noise dot adding means 123 adds noise dots to the image subjected to the dot thinning processing by the thinning means 122.
