PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for cell adhesion and a method for cell adhesion using the substrate, a substrate for cell morphology regulation and a method for regulating cell morphology using the substrate, and a substrate for cell culture and a method for culturing cells using the substrate.

SOLUTION: The substrate for cell adhesion, the substrate for cell morphology regulation and the substrate for cell culture each comprises an arylsulfatase protein.
