<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module improved in the yield; and to provide a method for manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring member 2 is arranged to have a protruding portionαextending beyond a bonding layer 7a at its end in the extending direction. Accordingly, the pressure exerted on the wiring member 2, a connection electrode 4B on the light receiving side of a first solar cell 3A and a connection electrode 41B on the rear side of a second solar cell 3B during bonding is dispersed to the substantially flat part of the wiring member 2, and then exerted to a solar cell 3 via the bonding layer 7a. Therefore, the applied pressure is exerted substantially evenly to the solar cells 3A and 3B, thereby inhibiting occurrence of splitting, chipping and cracking of the solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
