PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of increasing a data processing speed of image data in a line printer, an image processing method and an image processing program. SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus, which includes a line head 60, and forms image data served as image formation by the line head 60, includes: a data input means for entering image data; an image forming means 20 for forming new intermediate data as a state overlapping partial data in a site corresponding to a nozzle pair 64 among input image data; a drive data creating means 80 for creating head drive data from the intermediate data; and a connection means to output the head drive data. The drive data creating means 80 creates the head drive data with a liquid delivered only from either one nozzle 62 of the nozzle pair 64 and with no liquid delivered from the other nozzle 62 of the nozzle pair 64.
