PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas tool monitoring device which serves as a security information processing means and an information relay unit. SOLUTION: The gas tool monitoring device includes: a flow measuring means 17; a gas shut-off valve 2c; a control circuit 10a processing various pieces information based on the measured result of the flow measuring means 17; a radio module 11 transmitting/receiving information to/from a plurality of destinations; and a communication switching means 10c switching a communication frequency band according to the destination. The radio module 11 is integrally constituted of a control circuit board 10 constituting the flow measuring means 17, and enclosed in a gas meter 2. The radio module has at least a communication frequency band with a base station 14 and a communication frequency band with a home security device. The control circuit, further, includes an identification code discriminating means 10f discriminating an alarm signal according to security information; an alarm processing mode setting means 10j for setting predetermined processing modes according to the alarm signals; and a processing mode executing means 10h for executing the predetermined processing mode according to the alarm signal discriminated by the identification code discriminating means 10f.
