<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical integrated circuit device communicable with each other between optional two light transceiving parts. <P>SOLUTION: Optical waveguides 1-i and the light transceiving parts 11-1j, 21-2j, to i1-ij are arranged on one main face of a semiconductor substrate 20. A light source 30 is arranged on an end face of the semiconductor substrate 20, and guides a generated light to the optical waveguides 1-i. An optical resonance member 40 is optical-resonated with one part of the one light out of the lights propagated in the optical waveguides 1-i, when a voltage is impressed, in the respective light transceiving parts 11-1j, 21-2j, to i1-ij, and emits the one part of the light to an optical transmission member 10. Optical resonance members 50, 60 are also optical-resonated with the light propagated in the optical transmission member 10, when a voltage is impressed, in the respective light transceiving parts 11-1j, 21-2j, to i1-ij, and emit a resonated light to photodetecting parts 70, 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
