PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control method capable of forming a stable interface without limiting the position of the interface between fluids in a fluid device comprising a confluence channel in which two fluids join. SOLUTION: The fluid control method using the fluid device comprising the confluence channel in which two fluids join to form a multilayered flow in the confluence channel comprises: a first step of filling the confluence channel with a first fluid; and a second step of introducing the first fluid and a second fluid to the confluence channel to form a multilayered flow, wherein the adherence work of the first fluid to the wall surface of the confluence channel is smaller than that of the second fluid.
