PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably control a working limiting function of an appliance when a CO gas leaking appliance is repeatedly used. SOLUTION: This gas shut-off device includes: a flow register means 28 for classifying and storing detected flows by a flow storage means 26, and registering an obtained average flow as an appliance flow; a CO gas leak determination means 29 to which an output signal corresponding to the concentration level of CO gas is input from a CO alarm 20; an appliance estimating means 30 storing an output signal of the CO gas leak determination means 29, and a flow pattern group stored by the flow storage means 26 and a registered flow when a flow is registered by the flow register means 28 and estimating a gas leaking appliance; a frequency of occurrence measuring means 36 counting the estimating processing frequency of a gas leaking appliance, and when the estimating processing frequency attains the prescribed frequency or more, outputting a signal for executing the estimating processing of the gas leaking appliance regardless of the presence/absence of a gas leak signal; an appliance flow storage means 31 storing the flow pattern group; and a communicating means 35 for notifying appliance information.
