PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure fluctuation air knife having a vertically moving means for controlling wind pressure of gas with respect to a washed object by vertically moving the air knife to enhance a draining effect of the final draining air knife of a washing device for wet sheets. SOLUTION: The pressure fluctuation air knife is provided with the air knife 8 installed at a predetermined angleθwith respect to a carrying-in direction D of a substrate 60; the vertically moving means 20 for vertically moving the air knife 8 with injection amount of gas injected from the air knife 8 constant; one or more position detection sensors 40 for detecting the carrying position of the washed object 60; and a vertical movement control means 50 for controlling the vertically moving means 20 by output of the position detection sensors 40. Since an opposing distance G between the air knife 8 and the washed object 60 is controlled by the carrying position of the substrate 60, wind pressure of gas injected to the top surface of the substrate 60 is controlled.
