The photovoltaic cells are connected with an air inlet and a heat outlet, where the heat outlet is connected with a heat-insulated pipe. An auxiliary air inlet is connected with an air filter. A wing cell heat pump has a rotor, which exhibits a rotor edge curve on both front sides. Four opposite rotor slots are provided in the rotor, where adjustable wings move in the slots and are fixedly connected with two thin bolts.
