A shell-and-tube heat exchanger has in the case bottom part, from the one side – collectors of the inlet media of the tubular and intertubular space, and from the other – a collector of the outlet of tubular medium, a collector downpipe of the outlet of intertubular medium located vertically along the axis of heat-exchanger, and is fixed in the bottom tube plates. The collector downpipe in the bottom part is connected to its drive mechanism movement along the vertical axis.
