A method for correcting high order aberration in an intraocular lens is provided to design an intraocular lens by regarding a change of asphericity of a cornea, an eyeball axis length, or one or more eyeball parameters. A change of one or more eyeball parameters is solved by establishing one or more eye models(1). The eyeball parameter is changed in a range indicated by a group. A plurality of intraocular lens designs is evaluated by using the eye models for a visual performance of eyes of the group(2). The intraocular lens design which provides a best fit about the visual performance in the range is selected(3). An intraocular lens is manufactured according to the selected intraocular lens design. |
