The construction has an inner tube (2), and an outer casing (1) arranged around the tube and fixed at two end supporting bodies in an axial moveable manner. Supporting bodies i.e. compressed air hoses, are provided for supporting the casing at the tube, where bending rigidity of the tube is larger than that of the casing. The casing consists of a reinforced composite plastic material, carbon fiber composite material, glass fiber composite material or aramide fiber composite material. A scraper beam comprises a scraper support (4) for fixing of a scraper blade (5) or a rod at the casing. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the beam construction.
