<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve torsional rigidity and a sliding property. <P>SOLUTION: In this telescopic shaft, a cylindrical female shaft 21 and a male shaft 22 internally fitted to the female shaft 21 are connected to each other so as to be torque-transmissive and relatively movable in the axial direction. The telescopic shaft includes a pair of rolling grooves 23, 24 formed at predetermined peripheral positions on the inner peripheral face of the female shaft 21 and on the outer peripheral face of the male shaft 22 while opposing each other along the axial direction, a leaf spring 25 placed in the rolling groove 24, a ball 26 inserted between the leaf spring 25 and the rolling groove 23, a pair of key grooves 31, 32 formed at predetermined peripheral positions different from those of the rolling grooves 23, 24 on the inner peripheral face of the female shaft 21 and on the outer peripheral face of the male shaft 22 while opposing each other along the axial direction, a roller 33 inserted between the pair of key grooves 31, 32, and an elastic pin 34 inserted between the pair of key grooves 31, 32 in series to the roller 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
