<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which allows a worker to easily mount a member for electrically connecting a circuit substrate with a mounting board. <P>SOLUTION: In the motor, a steel ball 36 is fixed in contact with an inner-peripheral surface, on the whole periphery forming the mounting board side through-hole 333 in the mounting board 33. On a top face of the mounting board 33, a circuit board 34 is mounted. At a position corresponding to the mounting board side through-hole 333 in the circuit board 34, a circuit board side through-hole 3416c is provided. The circuit board side through-hole 3416c is provided inside an annular portion 3416a.
