<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade capable of obtaining good characteristic free from deficiency due to air, and to provide a cleaning blade manufacturing method capable of surely manufacturing the cleaning blade having a low occurring rate of deficiency due to air. <P>SOLUTION: A primer layer 4 containing particles for forming ruggedness is layered on a part of a surface of a holder part 3. Then, cast molding is performed by injecting composition constituting a blade part 2 in a metallic mold 11 in such a state that the holder part 3 is set in the metallic mold 11 so that the primer layer 4 may be a part contacting with the metallic mold 11, thereby manufacturing the cleaning blade 1 for the electrophotographic equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
